So I have decided to extend my Vegan life a bit longer and experiment a bit more with my cooking and recipes. I initially started my Vegan transition for Lent, and now I'm on day 50! I'm going to stay Vegan for another 4 weeks and see how I feel by then. I've considered actually staying Vegan for the long haul, since I feel great and I am not craving cheese, burgers and ice cream like I thought I would.
In extending my Vegan life I've decided it was definitely time to share my little secret (which isn't really a secret at all). Trader Joes has been my go to during my Vegan transition, and have provided me with a plethora of yummy Vegan snacks. So I'm going to share my top ten favorite vegan snacks from Trader Joes that are so tasty and budget friendly too!
All of these snacks have saved me from feeling super hungry or annoyed with limitations because I kept most of them on hand in the house on a weekly basis. Most are pretty healthy variations to the comfort food snack also (don't be easily fooled) Just because something is marked as Vegan doesn't make it automatically healthy! That is a common misconception, however I did try my best to choose the healthiest versions of snacks or limit my servings to not spike my sugar intake.

6. Trader Joe's Sea Salt Turbinado Sugar Dark Chocolate Almonds
