I must say that I haven’t been a fan of too much music that has been released this year, it just wasn’t a great year for music in my opinion. However after blasting the latest release from J.Cole “2014 Forest Hills Drive” for pretty much the last 48 hours I am rejuvenated right at the end of the year. J Cole released an album that he should most certainly be proud and made Hip Hop proud. (obviously an album review is coming shortly)

On a short promotional tour (this album did not receive much promotion at all) he stopped by David Letterman and performed “Be Free” which was inspired by the social injustice in Ferguson. What do you think of his performance of the track?
