I love to eat! There I said it. Plain and simple… I thoroughly enjoy eating like a mad man at new places, complaining about how fat I’m getting, how much money I’m spending, and then going crazy in the gym for two weeks. Then what happens? Well I rinse and repeat of course. Which is why I’m so thankful for Restaurant Week In NYC and that it only comes along twice a year. I couldn’t handle it at any higher a frequency TBH!

Restaurant Week in NYC is a foodie’s dream. I’m not what you would  call a regular foodie, because I’m picky AF! But if you love trying out new foods at new places, and are on a budget Restaurant Week in NYC should be your new BAE! Why? Because you can score a three course meal at 4-5 star restaurants for a helluva deal. I’m talking 29.00 dollar lunch specials (though I remember when this was 26.00) and 42.00 dollar dinner specials (that price has stayed pretty consistent). The summer session of restaurant week is running from July 24th- August 18th (so you’ve got some time)

Restaurant Week takes place Monday- Friday with some restaurants offering Sunday Brunch/dinner options as well. I haven’t seen a restaurant yet that offers specials on a Saturday as that usually is their most popular/busy day. Different restaurants in different boroughs also do their own version of Restaurant Week from time to time. So when I’m trying to stay local I look out for those specials as well. But overall, Restaurant Week in NYC caters to just about everyone offering massive amounts of variety (390 different restaurants) and options in areas all over the city (Yes even restaurants in Queens, Brooklyn, and Staten Island are on the list too- sorry Bronx)

Below I’ve categorized the list for you by time because that is how I decide when and where I’m going for the most part. If you want a full list of restaurants and options you can head to the Restaurant Week website here.
